- Your Application
Why are you the right person for the position? Feel free to be creative! We look forward to receiving your application – whether traditional or exceptional.
- Job Interview
In our first conversation, we get to know each other, clarify mutual expectations, and give you space for any open questions.
- Get to Know the Team
Subsequently, an optional second interview with your potential supervisor follows. Following this, a decision-making process takes place on both sides. We consider whether you are a good fit for us, and you consider whether anaptis is the right company for you.
- Commitment
If you inspire us and we have inspired you, you got the job! New members of the anaptis family will receive an exclusive welcome package and a buddy for the onboarding period.
Alternatively, we will send you a rejection. It is important to us that everyone receives a response.

Your Questions About Our Application Process at anaptis

We are on first-name terms with each other because we have a very friendly relationship. We also treat applicants as equals. You are very welcome to call us by our first names.

We don’t have a dress code. Wear what you feel comfortable in. We mostly wear jeans and shirts.
You can wear casual clothes or your leisure clothes with us. By that we don’t mean sweatpants, but an outfit that is relaxed but still presentable. So feel free to grab a sweater/shirt and jeans/cotton trousers and sneakers/ankle boots or whatever you like.
In summer, men can also wear shorts (knee-length) and women can wear dresses and skirts as well as open shoes. You can get a feel for the style of dress on our Instagram channel, where we introduce our employees and Office Life.
The only time you should dress a little more smartly is for meetings with our customers. Then you are welcome to wear a shirt or blouse.

If you are traveling by car, you will find parking spaces directly in front of our building and on the street at both of our locations.
You can also park and lock your bike at our bike rack. The rack is covered and illuminated.
