This way, you can easily avoid any interfaces to carrier-specific software.

    Labels and freight documents, which you previously had to manually compile for your carrier, are automatically included.

    Lastly, you can analyze your shipping processing data in no time with Power BI.

  • Inform customers

    Validate customer addresses before shipping to minimize the rate of misdeliveries. Additionally, easily include the return label in the package or provide it automatically via email or as a download.

    If customers prefer delivery to a parcel station, you can easily select this option and fulfill their request.

    Furthermore, automatically inform your customers about every status in the delivery process via email, and track the shipment status yourself in Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV.

  • Sending special goods

    When shipping hazardous materials, compliance with all EU transport regulations requires many pieces of information and documents. With Comsol Multiship, these are automatically provided to you during the shipping process for submission to the carrier.

    You can also easily handle drop shipments using Multiship by sending to designated drop addresses.
