“We wanted to move away from multiple isolated solutions (many versions of the truth) towards a unified solution (one version of the truth). Additionally, we needed add-on modules such as an interactive map where we can make bookings and forecasts.”
This led to data being duplicated and processed multiple times. The integration of custom add-on modules, which would significantly streamline our core business, was out of the question. For example, we wished for an interactive map of the airport, which would greatly facilitate our work. This would not only aid in customer consultations but also provide an overview and serve as a forecasting tool internally. Instead, we only used a PDF version.”

A very important component from which we benefit greatly is the interactive 3D floor plan of Frankfurt Airport (see illustration). With this, we are able to make bookings directly on the floor plan (availability calculation within the rental module for several thousand advertising spaces). The selection and booking process of suitable advertising objects has been made more appealing and easy to use for requesting companies through the visualization option. Furthermore, the overall booking process has been simplified and accelerated through the barrier-free integration with the ERP system.

Another important function we now benefit from is the contribution margin analysis. In addition, there is the rental forecast as well as a variety of evaluation and analysis options for individual advertising media and locations. This provides us with an overview of important operating figures at all times.
A reorganization of IT is always associated with challenges, especially when it comes to Go Live. In this regard, anaptis supported us during the project as well as during ongoing operations after the introduction. Our project manager works very solution-oriented, is always available, processes requests very quickly, and provides holistic advice. The implementation ran smoothly: The product was introduced as part of an agile approach. Selected key users from the departments defined and tested work packages in sprints.”
