Koberg + Tente started 70 years ago as a classic optical wholesale business. But today, the Münster-based company produces and sells its glasses throughout Europe. The complex logistics must be optimally managed. The current inventory and shipping of products must be monitored at all times to ensure optimal customer service. Therefore, a system change became inevitable over time. Consequently, in collaboration with anaptis, business processes have been optimized through Microsoft Dynamics NAV in wholesale.

Even before partnering with anaptis, we were using Navision. We were satisfied with the system from the beginning. However, the support from the large software company did not meet our expectations.”
