Initial Situation: Paper-Based Work Makes Efficient Customer Service and Logistics Difficult

“Our field sales representatives exclusively relied on printed documents and offline data during customer visits.

However, since we typically deliver the next day, this posed a real problem for us. We simply didn’t have the time for the double processing effort and the associated delays. So, we wanted to move away from our old notebook-based offline databases to a solution that provides us with real-time data – online and offline.

In summary, we needed all relevant data available in real-time for better customer support and a live overview of all order data for more efficient logistics.”
