**When purchasing an on-premises license, an Enhancement Plan (EP) must be concluded at the same time. The EP has an initial term of 12 months and costs annually in advance 18 % of the list sale price of the total license scope purchased. The EP is expanded and calculated with each license extension/new order. The EP can be canceled in writing with a notice period of 90 days before expiration. After termination of the EP, the purchased licenses can still be used, but can no longer be updated, extended, or modified in any way.
Cloud
In the case of Dynamics 365 Business Central Cloud, the following setup fees apply: Tasklet Factory requires SOTI MobiControl in order to install the Mobile WMS software and provide support.

What is funded?
The Digitalbonus Bayern funding is available for the following areas:
*Measures in the company are also eligible for funding, provided that a certificate is obtained at the end (e.g., according to ISO 27001).
Expenses for services provided by external providers are eligible for funding, including ICT hardware and software necessary to implement the measure.
Who can apply for funding?
The funding is aimed at small businesses (<50 employees and annual turnover/annual balance sheet total of no more than €10 million according to the last annual financial statements) in the commercial sector (commercial enterprise within the meaning of § 2 of the Trade Tax Act) that have a business establishment in the Free State of Bavaria, where the measure is also carried out.
How much funding is available?
You can submit one application per funding area (digitalization and IT security) for the entire duration of the funding programme. A distinction is made between the two variants Digitalbonus Standard (less innovation content; up to €7,500) and Digitalbonus Plus (more innovation content; up to €30,000). A combination for the same measure or the same funding area is not possible.
Where can I apply for funding?
You can submit your funding application to your district government online using a form. Either with authentication via the Elster company account or with authentication by post.
