“The implementation followed a clearly structured approach. First, the existing data was systematically prepared—consolidated, cleansed, and aligned with the standard behavior of Dynamics 365 Business Central. In parallel, the project team ensured that all functional requirements were captured precisely. These challenges were addressed exceptionally well through very intensive, direct, and often short‑notice coordination.

To prepare employees optimally for the new system, we also focused on comprehensive change management. This included internal workshops, targeted training sessions and briefings, a key‑user concept (train‑the‑trainer), extensive testing using real‑life scenarios, and the close involvement of the specialist departments.

This combination of clean data migration, structured coordination, and early qualification of employees enabled all project phases to be completed efficiently and with high quality—while giving employees early confidence in working with the new system.”
