The software had been deeply customized to our individual business processes. In parallel with the ongoing ERP enhancements, we transformed our entire IT landscape, moved to a microservices architecture, and integrated new systems — which further increased the need for a modern, integrable standard solution. In workshops and test phases, they provided valuable expert feedback as part of the change‑management process, which directly influenced the process design. Clear, regular internal communication, ongoing exchange rounds, and intensive testing ensured that all employees were kept informed and prepared for the upcoming changes. To guarantee a smooth transition and continuous operational capability, our previous on‑premises ERP system ran in parallel with Dynamics 365 Business Central. Newly developed interfaces technically connected both systems and enabled automated data synchronization. The strong collaboration with anaptis also contributed to resolving the integration challenges quickly and implementing all requirements securely.

Our ERP partner anaptis connected various add‑ons and interfaces that make our processes more efficient and optimally support our core business: Microsoft Power BI enables real‑time, data‑driven reporting and thus provides improved transparency and data quality through centralized structures. OPplus extends our financial management with convenient functions, and the integration of Anvaigo EDI ensures smooth electronic data exchange (EDI). Thanks to these enhancements, we were able to optimize our business processes and now benefit from clearly standardized process flows. Not only can we respond more flexibly and quickly to individual requirements, but we have also increased the integration capability of our system thanks to anaptis. As a result, we now have a modern ERP platform that will continue to support us reliably in the long term.”
