Before Working with anaptis:
Initial Situation: Paper-Based Work Makes Efficient Customer Service and Logistics Difficult
However, since we typically deliver the next day, this posed a real problem for us. We simply didn’t have the time for the double processing effort and the associated delays. So, we wanted to move away from our old notebook-based offline databases to a solution that provides us with real-time data – online and offline.
In summary, we needed all relevant data available in real-time for better customer support and a live overview of all order data for more efficient logistics.”

The range includes work and disposable clothing, packaging, cleaning and disinfection agents, as well as spices and additives. For almost a century, the company with its approximately 100 employees has been supplying small and medium-sized enterprises and the processing industry with individual offers.
To better support the sales representatives, Gustav Ehlert GmbH & Co. KG decided to make their ERP mobile – with anaptis and the intelligent software extension from Anveo.
